Shipping

STANDARD SHIPPING
All orders can be shipped anywhere within Australia for a flat rate of AUD$10. Order processing time is usually 1-2 days (inclusive of weekends) and once items are shipped, delivery usually takes 2-6 business days.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped and you can track its progress here via the Australia Post website. Please email [email protected] if 10 business days have passed and your order still hasn't arrived.

CUSTOMER PICKUP
Instead of shipping, you can arrange to collect your order from the address listed below at no additional cost. The hours for pickup are between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Select the 'Customer Pickup' shipping option before checking out and once the order is placed, please send an email to [email protected] to arrange a time. Please be sure to quote your order number (found at the top of your original order notification email).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately at this time, orders do not ship outside of Australia. This may, however, change in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Returns

RETURNS
Unfortunately, items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind so please choose carefully. Items may only be returned for a full refund or replacement if they are faulty upon receival. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

1. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] and include the following information:
   
   • Your order number (found at the top of your original order notification email)
   • A photo of the item and its defect
   • Please indicate whether you'd like a full refund or a replacement of the same item (if available)
     
     
2. You will be notified if the return is approved. If approved, please ship the item via Standard Shipping using a Parcel Post Prepaid Small Satchel available at Australia Post stores. The return address is:

3. Once the faulty item is received, you will be notified and refunded its full value. An additional AUD$12 will also be refunded to cover your return shipping costs. If you elect to receive a replacement of the same item instead of a refund, the new item (if available) will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note, however, that the shipping costs of your original order are non-refundable.
